Orders placed through the website constitute an offer to conclude a sales agreement. The agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the restaurant.

All prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is provided within the area specified on the website. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on external conditions.

Available payment methods include cash, card payments, or online payments, depending on availability.

Complaints may be submitted via email at bollywoodmasalahouse@gmail.com. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

For food products prepared to order, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with applicable EU law for perishable goods.

The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or system failures.
